Fast access to the most requested markets

For subscribers, Basic Searches begin here on the Real Capital Analytics homepage.

1. Simply enter a city (i.e. London, Singapore or Paris) or country (i.e. Netherlands, Japan or Germany) and click Search.
2. For more focused results, click “More Search Options” to use the Property Trade Search tool.

Deals Tab

1. Recent deals appear first, but click any column header to re-sort
2. Choose either multi-line or condensed 1-line views
3. Click any deal name (or details icon) for more Property Details and a map
4. Click any highlighted deal participant for a comprehensive Company Profile
5. Select a number of properties and click "Plot Comp Set" for a custom comparables report
6. Change currency or US/metric measurements here or save as a preference in “My Account”

Pricing Tab

1. See the most recent deals with cap rates
2. As with Deals tab, view, sort or Plot Comp Sets as you like
3. Click any deal name (or details icon) for more deal details

Players Tab

1. See the most active Buyers, Sellers and Brokers for any given location and property type
2. Click any highlighted deal participant for a comprehensive Company Profile
3. View each player’s total acquisitions, property count, headquarter city and capital group

Graphs Tab

1. See any market's rolling 12-month volume, average pricing and cap rates
2. Compare local and national statistics

Maps

1. When location matters most, get a Map of the most recent property transactions
2. Click any flag to get more info or open the Property Detail screen

Advanced Searches for more focused results

by Region / Market

Find Transactions:

1. Using the pulldown menus, select a location such as Europe → United Kingdom → London
2. Leave “All property types” selected or choose a property type, such as Office, and click Search

Property Trade Search using other location criteria

1. In any City, State, County or Zip code
2. Within a radius of miles from any U.S. address
3. Matching any property name or address

Advanced Criteria

Narrow your search by transaction characteristics such as:

1. Transaction price
2. Price per unit/sq.ft./m²
3. Transaction date
4. Deals currently reported in contract
5. Deals trading in portfolios
6. Leasebacks

Advanced Criteria

Narrow your search by property characteristics such as:

1. Year built
2. Total number of units/sq.ft./m²
3. Tenant name
4. Condo interest
5. Redevelopment
6. Single tenancy or vacancy

Company Profile

Investment activity outlines for over 10,000 companies

Clicking on any highlighted buyer or seller will show a comprehensive one-page profile including:

1. A Deal History of all their recorded transactions
2. Headquarters and head of company
3. Capital sector and investor type
4. Clickable link to their corporate website
5. Total acquisitions, dispositions and net investment by year

The bottom half of each profile shows variable data based on the pulldown menu settings:

6. Clickable US map with all activity by market
7. Clickable tables of activity by market and property type

Click on the Deals tab to view a current deal history showing all reported acquisitions and dispositions.

Comparables Set

Create a custom report with only the deals you need

1. View a map with selected transactions
2. Customize the report name for a specific presentation
3. Get a Property Detail report on any selected transaction
4. View a satelite or hybrid Google map
5. Export your Comp Set to Excel or a PDF
