International Property Investment Network reports: According to a recent report by Colliers International, "Due to China's continuous tightening real estate policies, we are expecting many more mainland investors to buy properties overseas in the future." This comports, stated a recent article on International Property Investment Network, with analysis by Real Capital Analytics that identified $62.6 million in Chinese capital invested in the US so far this year. It also coincides with a report by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) that indicated Chinese investors are "the most likely foreign buyers purchasing the top US properties."
