Snohomish County Business Journal reports: Trends in US commercial real estate observed by Real Capital Analytics’ (RCA) surfaced in the Everett, WA-based Snohomish County Business Journal when the publication stated that, “…a surprising year-end rush by buyers and sellers of income properties brought a wave of deals to closing before the end of 2010.” As was recently reported in RCA’s US Capital Trends 2010 Year in Review, the fourth-quarter surge in commercial properties helped push total US sales to over $110.0 billion for the year. This was more than double 2009’s total, and with momentum building late in the year, the year-end results point toward an interesting year for commercial real estate in 2011.
