Drastic Drop for Commercial Real Estate
Business Courier of Cincinatti reports: In the tri-state area of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, dollar volume for office, retail, industrial and multifamily
housing transactions has dropped from $1.8 billion in June 2007 to just
over $920 million in June 2008, according to data compiled by Real Capital Analytics. That’s worse than the national trend, where dollar volume for transactions fell 37% over the past year.
