Business 24-7 reports: About 78 per cent of cross border acquisitions of properties in the UAE were through joint ventures, according to a report. "The UAE used joint ventures in a majority of its deals, no matter where they took place. Certain regulatory barriers encouraged partnering with foreign investors who used joint ventures in 80 per cent of deals," Real Capital Analytics said in a report on global capital trends.
