Researchers: North Texas has $260 million in troubled commercial real estate
The Dallas Morning News reports: While most of the bad real estate news here so far has been about housing, billions of dollars in commercial properties here could also be at risk, a new report shows.
More than $260 million in Dallas commercial real estate deals are already in trouble, and another $2.5 billion are potentially threatened, according to the study by New York-based Real Capital Analytics.
