A real estate appraiser for almost thirty years, Karen is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a freeman of the City of London and a Liveryman of the Chartered Surveyors’ Company. She is a native of Louisiana where she served a seven-year term on the Louisiana Real Estate Appraisers Board.
Before joining Real Capital Analytics, Karen was a partner in the New York firm Williams Murdoch, Inc., a valuation advisory practice providing consulting and analytical services for all types of investment property across the USA. In her current role with RCA, she divides her time between the US and Europe advising clients on the use and application of RCA’s global data tools.
Away from work, Karen enjoys her pets, hiking, music and spending time with her daughter Dana, a transplant surgeon at the Mayo Clinic.
