Serving as our Director of Human Resources since 2008, Lauren is one of the three original employees starting in the fall of 2000. Her wide skill set has been integral to RCA’s growth and development over the past ten years. Having originally worked within research and then moving to customer interfacing roles, Lauren has developed a unique capacity and understanding of the types of employees and environment that is needed to grow RCA and focuses on attracting and retaining the best talent. Complementing her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Emerson College in Boston, Lauren obtained her certification in Human Capital Management from NYU. Lauren resides in New York City with her husband.
