A Librarian by training Pete Culliney has been providing business research and analysis to senior level corporate executives for over 15 years. His early career was spent working extensively with leading firms in the high-tech and insurance industries. Entering the real estate industry in 2001 Pete was called on to reinvigorate a national real estate research service to support the Deloitte real estate client practice, thought leadership and marketing initiatives. During this period Pete immersed himself in every available real estate-oriented source and in the process became a client and big fan of Real Capital Analytics data and methodologies. As RCA looked to move into the global data arena Pete was a natural choice to lead RCA’s global data collection initiative, joining the Firm in February 2007. Since then Pete and the team he built of globally-focused researchers have left no page unturned in their quest to find and capture as much detail as possible on property transactions worldwide.
Pete holds a BA in History from NYU and an MLS degree from Queens College. He and his wife Jodi live in Brooklyn and enjoy traveling abroad and entertaining friends at home.
