Industrial
Property for industrial use, such as distribution, manufacturing or warehouse facilities.
General Industrial is indicated for manufacturing facilities, or warehouse/distribution properties with light industrial purposes, such as receipt, storage, and redistribution of goods.
Flex is indicated for properties with a mix of office and industrial uses. In the US, these are almost always single-story buildings, and are often used as research labs, tech/telecom facilities, etc.
