I am a huge fan and user of RCA’s database, reports and services. As a mortgage brokerage firm, we find RCA of tremendous use and would suggest the global database in addition to the US data.

We cannot rely on brokerage houses to see what deals are in the market—those that are being done, even internationally, are being done quietly off market or with limited distribution to buyers. We want to know who the new active buyers are, what they’re buying and where.

RCA includes company profiles, buying and selling activity by asset class and by detail as well as the firm’s web site, if one exists. They will also note JV and broker relationships—extremely useful if you need to ‘get in the door.’ Personally, I think it’s the best database for sales personnel in the market.
