The Business Systems Administrator will support, develop, maintain and optimize RCA’s current CRM and Systems technologies (Salesforce, Gainsight, Xactly, Tableau Server).
We are looking to optimize our various business systems as we grow. This role will ensure that Salesforce and Gainsight are running smoothly and efficiently, as well as drive cross-functional process improvements that impact users across the company.
The ideal candidate is data and systems oriented with a general curiosity for the way an organization operates. They understand that even a small change on the backend of a system can have various ripple effects unless properly evaluated.
1-2 years of Salesforce experience at a B2B SaaS Company. Previous Gainsight admin experience required. Salesforce Admin certification preferred. A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. Interest in Commercial Real Estate. Previous software implementation experience preferred.
The Business Systems Administrator must enjoy figuring out how different systems operate within a business. A qualified candidate will look to understand the processes of users across departments and proactively seek ways to improve how they interact with our various internal technologies. A qualified candidate should be able to take initiative and understand their own knowledge gaps and seek out ways to fill them. They take accountability for the system performance and have the capacity to manage multiple projects and user requests concurrently. A suitable candidate will also be a likeable, relatable, and approachable with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
