The Contract Administrator plays a key role in every aspect of RCA’s client subscription contract process, from customer relationship management to legal and business support.
Professional and personable, the Contract Administrator must be able to manage relationships with management, colleagues, clients, and vendors. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and highly organized with a thorough knowledge of contract language and style.
The Contract Administrator reports to the Director of Contract Administration and works closely with RCA’s Sales, Customer Success, Analytics and Finance teams.
A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. Legal or paralegal experience is preferred. Mastery of and passion for writing, editing, and the English language is required. Familiarity with contract terminology and structure, especially with SaaS agreements, a plus. Must have excellent Word and Excel skills, and a thorough understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite. Salesforce experience is preferred.
The Contract Administrator must have superior time management skills and excellent attention to detail. A qualified candidate will be self-motivated and proactive, willing to take initiative and to complete projects independently. Ability to exercise professionalism, poise and tact in all verbal and written correspondence. Strong verbal and written negotiation skills are a plus.
