IT Support Engineer

Location: New York

We are seeking a talented and team-focused IT support engineer to provide daily end-user and office support across all RCA offices and improve infrastructure by monitoring user needs.

Responsibilities 

  • Software and hardware troubleshooting
  • Run Office 365 Administration (Mail, OneDrive, Apps, Quarantine)
  • Manage hardware/software/services purchasing
  • Keep helpdesk documentation/wiki up-to-date and add info after every issue was resolved
  • Instruct on-site users how to use/repair and configure their systems from wiki/documentation
  • Manage domain (GPO, Domain Accounts, Machines, Groups), security and network (SonicWALL and Ubiquity WIFI Admin) services
  • Provide critical outage notification to management
  • Support/coordinate on-site installs/upgrades

Position Requirements

  • Office 365 Administration
  • Phone Setup / Line management / Voicemail
  • Windows Administration experience (Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure, etc.)
  • AWS Experience
  • Linux/Unix/Windows Administration knowledge
  • Ability to interact with Users – both technical and non-technical – at all levels
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Management Systems or equivalent degree
