The Publications Coordinator will provide administrative, editorial, and data analysis support to RCA’s Market Analysis and Publications (MAP) group. The MAP global group publishes over 100 written reports a year, maintains up-to-date trend analysis on the Insights bulletin, and its senior analysts regularly engage with the media and present at conferences.
The Publications Coordinator will have a broad interest in the media and financial markets, along with an understanding and appreciation of charts and data graphics. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and highly organized with impeccable communication skills.
Reporting to RCA’s Managing Editor, the Publications Coordinator will possess demonstrated writing and editing skills.
A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. Mastery of and passion for writing, editing, and the English language is required. Must have knowledge of and experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word. Tableau, Salesforce/Pardot, Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, Google Analytics experience is preferred.
The Publishing Coordinator must have superior time management skills and excellent attention to detail with a strong aptitude for data analysis. A qualified candidate will be a self-starter who is eager to learn new software either under instruction or by self-education. Confident in giving and receiving constructive criticism, the ideal candidate will be quick to learn and show initiative.
