The Recruiting and Engagement Coordinator will provide support to RCA’s Human Resources team. Culture is the pillar of our organization; this role supports in the continuation of a work environment and culture that strengthens RCA’s mission and core values. The right candidate will be a detail-oriented individual that is highly organized with impeccable communication skills.
A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. Proven talent to manage at least 5-7 roles at a time. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems. JazzHR experience preferred. The candidate must have experience supporting employee engagement activities, especially employee surveys, software, analytics and follow up. Experience being on or leading a diversity and inclusion/engagement committee.
A suitable candidate will have international experience and familiarity working with firms of 100-200 people. Experience working in financial services, fin tech or prop tech a must.
The Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator must have superior time management skills and excellent attention to detail. A qualified candidate will be a self-starter, and a creative problem solver who is eager to learn. Understand how to navigate diverse office and country cultures within a firm. Proven ability to work effectively both remotely and in person.
