UK Field Marketing Manager

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering results. The UK Field Marketing Manager will report into RCA’s VP of Marketing in NY and work closely with the client-facing team to help develop and support initiatives that drive awareness and new business opportunities for RCA and Datscha in the UK/EMEA.

The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for the demand generation plan for UK/EMEA for RCA and Datscha through a number of marketing channels including but not limited to: field marketing events, sales collateral, campaigns tailored to the region, account-based efforts, prospect targeting, and more. This individual should have a successful track record of fostering valuable partnerships with sales and helping them hit their quotas through custom and personalized field marketing strategies and tactics.

Responsibilities 

  • Develop a deep understanding of RCA/Datscha target universe and help devise high-impact marketing programs to drive awareness and new business in UK/EMEA
  • Manage Datscha UK Marketing efforts
  • Lever the strategies, policies, guidelines, templates, content, and infrastructure driven by HQ to speak specifically to the region
  • Regional event management, virtual and live
  • Devise regional digital marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Regional demand generation to meet pipeline contribution targets for the region (Both RCA & Datscha)
  • Create and maintain a steady flow of regional campaigns and nurture programs

Position Requirements

  • A university degree with specialization in Marketing, Communications, or English language
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in Marketing
  • A team player with excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Software experience especially in WordPress, Salesforce, Pardot or comparable systems a plus
  • Must be able to work remotely/independently effectively
  • Experience working effectively within cross-organizational, cross-cultural teams, and managing public relations and/or creative agencies
  • Ability to problem solve, plan, and manage processes with minimal oversight
  • A high degree of organization and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects
  • Excellent work ethic that embodies commitment to goal achievement, collaboration, and dedication
