In Asia Pacific intra-regional capital flows were dominated by Hong Kong, Singaporean and Chinese investors last year, accounting for 85% of total income property acquisition volume.
China stood out as a destination of intra-regional capital, with the flow from Hong Kong by far the most traded route in the region. Australia received the second largest volume in dollar terms, however this flow has been receding.
