Robert M. White, Jr., CRE, FRICS

Founder & President

Robert M. White, Jr. founded Real Capital Analytics Inc. in 2000 to bring greater transparency to the investment markets by providing real-time data of capital flows and prices of commercial properties. He is a noted authority on the real estate capital markets who is frequently cited in the press and has authored numerous articles for industry publications and the firm’s own Capital Trends publications.

Mr. White is a Counselor of Real Estate, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Homer Hoyt Institute. He serves on the board of directors for the Pension Real Estate Association and the advisory board for the Real Estate Research Institution. Before founding RCA, Mr. White spent 14 years in the real estate investment banking and brokerage industry. He is a graduate of the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.

Jeanne B. Jambor

Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President

Ms. Jambor is an entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in business execution, management and strategic business development. As Chief Operating Officer, Jeanne oversees the day-to-day operations across all areas of the company. Under her leadership over the last 10 years, the firm has averaged 20% annual revenue growth by organically growing their operations around the globe, forming strategic partnerships and structuring equity investments.

After beginning her career in public accounting and corporate finance within a Fortune 500 company, Jeanne has been with entrepreneurial companies within the technology and real estate sectors for the past 20+ years. Jeanne has raised over $50 million in seed and growth capital, executed strategic acquisitions, and built scalable processes for such firms as ActaMed/WebMd, and Exactium, Inc. After seeing these firms through successful exits, she started and still maintains a real estate investment company.

Jeanne holds a MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BS from James Madison University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Jeanne is an avid outdoor enthusiast, a real estate investor and is dedicated to professionally mentoring others.

Simon Mallinson, MRICS

Executive Managing Director, EMEA & APAC

Based in London, Simon Mallinson joined Real Capital Analytics in January 2013. Simon has board level responsibility for EMEA and APAC, with a particular passion for the continued development of RCA’s industry-leading client service and capital markets analytics.

Previously, Simon was Senior Director leading European Research at Invesco Real Estate. Prior to Invesco, Simon held a number of roles with IPD (now part of MSCI) in London and the United States. As Head of US Services, based in Chicago, he established IPD’s first North American office.

Simon is a Board Member of US association NCREIF, a member of RICS and is active across a number of other global real estate associations. He holds degrees from both Leeds and Manchester University, UK. Simon has set foot in 48 U.S. states and is looking for an excuse to visit Maine and Alaska.

Bryan Grad

Executive Managing Director, Enterprise Accounts

As Executive Managing Director, Enterprise Accounts, Bryan Grad manages RCA’s strategic and global accounts. Since joining RCA in 2002, Bryan has been integral to the firm’s rapid growth in the U.S. and its expansion into all markets globally.

Bryan has over 20 years’ experience in the commercial real estate data, research and forecasting fields. Previously, he headed sales and marketing at Torto Wheaton Research (aka CBRE EA), a leading provider of data, forecasting and consulting services in the US and across the globe. Prior to that, Bryan held sales roles within the FW Dodge Division of McGraw-Hill, starting with a focus on building product manufacturers in the Northeast US and later being a key member of a development team that transformed construction industry sales lead data into actionable CRE pending supply data and analysis.

Eric Daniels

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Eric Daniels is responsible for the oversight of RCA’s financial operations globally, including accounting, financial planning, human resources, business support and administration.

Eric joined RCA as Chief Financial Officer in 2020. Eric brings 20 years of financial and operations executive experience in private and publicly owned companies, with a focus in SaaS and data information services. Over the course of his career, Eric has partnered with mid-market companies to achieve revenue and EBITDA growth by building scalable infrastructures, maximizing capital efficiency and providing actionable data to optimize business operations and strategy. Prior to joining RCA, Eric was the Chief Financial and Operating Officer of automotiveMastermind, which was acquired by IHSMarkit. In addition, Eric has held financial executive positions at National Response Corporation, OpenLink, MSCI and RiskMetrics and began his career at KPMG. Eric received a BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University.

John Wiseman

Chief Revenue Officer

As Chief Revenue Officer, John Wiseman is responsible for driving revenue growth at RCA by leveraging and aligning the RCA Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams globally.

John is an industry veteran with 30 years of experience in the Trading and Financial Services fields. He has held senior management positions at FactSet, Instinet and Bear Stearns with a primary focus on sales, marketing and corporate strategy. John was most recently at FactSet Research Systems Inc. as CRO where he led the transition to a more enterprise focused sales approach leveraging technology, content, and professional services alongside FactSet’s core desktop services. John completed an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the University of Edinburgh and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Duke University, with studies abroad at the University of Botswana and the University of Zimbabwe. Additionally, John holds the following securities licenses: 7,8,9,24 & 63.

Steve Williams

Vice President Emeritus

Steve has enjoyed a fifty-year career in commercial real estate. Originally from Liverpool in UK, he began as an appraiser for several major property companies in UK and USA before opening his own advisory business. Steve has recently retired from his full-time role as RCA’s Executive Managing Director where he acted as global ambassador to contribute to the company’s international expansion.

Over the years Steve has enjoyed several prominent leadership roles in the real estate industry including Past President of the 130,000-member Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and chair of its Global Knowledge Board. In the US, he sits on the Board of the International Real Estate Society (IRES) of which he has been elected 2023 President. Educationally, Steve has been a visiting lecturer at Duke University and a board member of the University of Wisconsin’s Global Real Estate Masters (GREM) program. He has lectured widely and has been a regular keynote speaker at real estate investment conferences. Steve is Freeman of the City of London.
